Welcome to StockLogic (“we,” “our,” or “us”). By accessing or using our primary website (stocklogic.in) and our application platform (app.stocklogic.in), you agree to comply with and be bound by the following Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use our platform.

1. Nature of the Platform (Educational Purpose)

  • Educational Focus: StockLogic is strictly an educational investment intelligence platform designed for Indian stock market participants.
  • Purpose: Our purpose is to collect publicly available financial information, organize it intelligently, visualize it clearly, explain what it means in plain language, and help users perform their own research.
  • No Predictions: We do not predict markets, recommend investments, or provide financial advice. The platform exists to reduce information overload, not to replace investor judgment.

2. No Financial Advice or Recommendations

  • Facts Over Opinions: The platform prioritizes objective facts, such as financial statements, company filings, historical trends, and macroeconomic indicators, which are always separated from interpretations.
  • Zero Recommendations: The platform explains; it never recommends. No feature anywhere on the website directly or indirectly instructs a user to buy, sell, hold, or avoid a security.
  • User Responsibility: This platform provides educational information and analytical tools. It does not provide personalized financial advice. Every investment decision remains the sole responsibility of the user.
  • Regulatory Status: StockLogic is intentionally designed to avoid functioning as a stock advisory service and is not a SEBI-registered investment advisor or research analyst.

3. Account Registration and Architecture

  • Account Creation: Users authenticate through our main WordPress website (stocklogic.in), which acts as the single source of truth for membership status and payments.
  • Application Access: Upon successful login, users can access the research tools hosted on our custom application domain (app.stocklogic.in).
  • Security: You are responsible for safeguarding your login credentials. We validate all server-side requests and protect against vulnerabilities, but users must also take precautions to protect their accounts.

4. Data Sources and Limitations

  • Official Sources: We prioritize data from official or openly available sources that permit our intended use, including the RBI, AMFI, MOSPI, data.gov.in, company annual/quarterly reports, corporate filings, and SEBI public circulars.
  • No Guarantee: While we strive to accurately present facts and summarize public documents, we do not warrant the completeness, absolute accuracy, or real-time timeliness of the data.

5. Subscription and Payments

  • Premium Features: Certain analytical tools, such as portfolio analytics, historical valuation history, and AI-generated report summaries, are available only to Premium members.
  • Payment Processing: All memberships are processed securely via Razorpay. We do not store sensitive payment details on our servers.
  • Refunds: For terms regarding subscription cancellations and refunds, please review our separate Refund/Cancellation Policy.

6. Acceptable Use and Prohibited Conduct

  • Personal Use: StockLogic is intended for your personal, self-directed research and educational use.
  • No Scraping: Data updates occur through scheduled background jobs only; data should never be scraped from our platform. Automated data extraction, scraping, or unauthorized republication of our database is strictly prohibited.
  • No Commercial Advice: You may not use StockLogic’s AI summaries, charts, or scores to generate commercial investment advice for third parties.

7. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by Indian law, StockLogic, its creators, and affiliates shall not be held liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, consequential, or financial damages arising from your use of the platform. Because our platform is purely educational, any financial losses incurred in the stock market based on your use of our data visualizations, AI summaries, or research tools are entirely your own responsibility.

8. Modifications to Terms

We reserve the right to update or modify these Terms of Service at any time. Significant changes will be communicated via email or platform notifications. Continued use of StockLogic after updates signifies your acceptance of the revised terms.
